The service
One true number, across every channel
Sell on eBay — your Shopify listing updates. Sell in person — both update. There is one count, held by Stoki, and every channel follows it. No master channel, no hierarchy. Your shelf is the master.
Stoki ID — a permanent identity for every item
Every item gets a Stoki ID: a short, unique, permanent code — eight characters plus a built-in check character that catches typos. Built to be read out loud, typed wrong, and still caught.
Your eBay calls it one thing. Your Shopify calls it another. Your spreadsheet calls it something else again. The Stoki ID is the one name that never changes, never gets reused, and never moves — even after the item is long gone.
Sizes and colours tracked separately, properly
Red/Small and Red/Medium are two different things. You can sell out of one and have five of the other. Stoki treats every variation as its own item with its own identity and its own true count — because that's what it is.
Most tools flatten this into one product and one number. That's where oversells hide.
Offline and cash sales, finally visible
Stoki One POS — ring up an in-person sale, a market stall, a cash customer. The moment you do, your online stock drops everywhere.
Without it, your offline sales are invisible to your listings until someone buys something you sold on Saturday. This is the last hole in the truth, and it's the one nobody else closes.
Cancellations, refunds, and honest restores
When an order is cancelled or refunded, the stock should come back — if it actually came back.
Stoki records the money and the stock as two separate truths, because they are. A customer can be refunded without the item ever returning to your shelf. Stoki will never add stock it hasn't confirmed you have. It would rather tell you nothing than tell you something false.
That's a rule, not a setting.
The activity view
See what sold and where, across every channel, in one place — units sold, order counts, and what's running low. (Stoki tracks stock truth, not revenue; offline earnings reporting is deliberately out of scope.)
Refunds and restore
Every change to every item is written down from the moment you connect — what changed, when, and which channel caused it. Nothing is silently overwritten. If something looks wrong, you can see exactly what happened and put it back.
Unlimited products. No SKU limits.
Import your whole catalogue. There is no count that costs you extra, on any plan.
Sell on Shopify, eBay, Etsy, WooCommerce and in person. Stoki keeps one honest count across all of them — automatically.
You list the same jacket on eBay and Shopify. It sells on eBay. Shopify doesn't know. Two hours later someone buys the jacket you no longer have. You refund them, you apologise, you take the defect on your seller rating — and you do it again next week.
Most sellers deal with this by holding stock back. Two units here, three there — a permanent tax on everything you own, and it still fails on the last one.
Stoki One exists to close that gap. Not to manage your inventory. To hold the truth.
What Stoki One actually does
Stoki sits underneath your channels and holds one number per item — the real one, the number of things actually on your shelf.
When something sells anywhere, that number drops, and every channel is corrected within seconds. When an order is cancelled or refunded, the number comes back — but only if the item genuinely came back.
That's the whole product. It's small on purpose. It has to be, because you're trusting it with the one number everything else depends on.
What does one oversell cost you?
A refund. A cancelled order. A defect on your seller rating. A buyer who doesn't come back.
Stoki One costs £12 a month.
